Our Founder
Bill Beard
CEO and President
Bill Beard is the visionary founder and driving force behind VVPUSA. With a strategic focus on growth and expansion across North America, Bill has expertly overseen the end-to-end management of VVPUSA’s programmable and messaging supply chain, as well as spearheading Sales and Marketing initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company into a leading provider of innovative communication solutions.
Under Bill’s guidance, VVPUSA has launched groundbreaking products such as RingSMS and Convers8ions, two Omni-Channel SaaS platforms that revolutionize how businesses connect with customers through Voice, Text, and other patented technologies. His dedication to innovation also led to the development of VORTxT, a patented anti-fraud and compliance protection tool designed to combat spam messaging and ensure industry compliance.
Before founding VVPUSA, Bill served as CEO of Radiance Wood Products, where he demonstrated his ability to lead and innovate in a completely different industry. He also held the position of Executive Vice President at TT Tech, where he played a key role in introducing cutting-edge building products to the market. Earlier in his career, Bill spent 12 years with the Thompson Minwax Company, where, as a Senior Manager, he was responsible for distribution and strategic oversight in key national chains like The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart.
Bill attended Emporia State University, where he earned a BS in Business Administration and met Brenda, his wife of 46 years. He is a proud member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and a Founding Father of the Lambda Upsilon Chapter. A lifelong learner, Bill continually seeks new knowledge and challenges while cherishing his long, happy marriage. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Our Leadership Team
Paul Cash
Paul Cash joined VVPUSA in 2019 and has since taken charge of the company’s operations. Known for his big heart and willingness to help others, Paul brings both passion and dedication to his role. VVPUSA customers know they can rely on Paul for any questions or concerns, confident in his commitment to their success.
Family, football, and music are at the core of Paul’s life. He holds a degree in Visual Communication & Design from Texas State Technical College and has been producing music for over 12 years, seamlessly blending his creative talents with his professional endeavors.
When he’s not working, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his family. His favorite movies include Goodfellas, Napoleon Dynamite, and Knives Out.
Roselee Pischek
Roselee Pischek is the Commercial Messaging Compliance Manager at VVPUSA, where she has been instrumental since joining the team in February 2023. Roselee is passionate about her work, ensuring that our customers remain at the forefront of industry standards.
Roselee holds a Business Administration degree from the University of West Alabama, which has been key to her success in managing compliance at VVPUSA.
When she’s not managing compliance, Roselee enjoys the simple pleasures in life, such as starting her day with a good book and a cup of coffee. Her love for learning and personal growth continues to inspire her both professionally and personally.
Jenna Massey
Jenna Massey is a passionate marketer and customer advocate, leading the branding and marketing strategy at VVPUSA. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a keen eye for clear, impactful messaging, Jenna ensures that VVPUSA’s brand resonates powerfully with its audience.
Before transitioning to the tech industry, Jenna spent over a decade as a professor of Marketing Communications at Northwestern University, where she inspired the next generation of marketers. Her journey in tech began with successful product management roles at several startups, Cisco, and Syniverse, where she honed her skills in product development and market strategy before returning to her true passion—marketing.
Jenna resides in Raleigh, NC, with her family. On weekends, she enjoys exploring nature through hiking and supporting her kids at horse shows.
Mike Blackman
Mike Blackman has over 40 years of experience in software and system design across a variety of computing environments, including game consoles, PCs, on-premise networks, and cloud-based services. With this extensive background, Mike brings unparalleled expertise to every project.
In his customer-facing roles, Mike has excelled in requirements gathering, conducting system audits, mentoring, and providing strategic guidance. His technical skills are equally impressive, with deep experience in infrastructure development, database design, implementation, automation, and optimization.
Mike is proficient with a variety of databases, including Oracle, Sybase, MySQL, and XML-based eXist-DB. His technical repertoire also includes a wide range of programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, JavaScript/jQuery UI, PHP, and many others.
